QS-2000
This product consists of the thicket dispenser that is equipped with display with Windows or Android OS. Customers can receive turn tickets for different queuing through the scenarios on display of the ticket dispenser that can be assigned to various tasks such as receiving and paying facilities, Opening accounts, or other processes.
In PC-Based option the operation of queue management is done by the management software installed on the central computer and all components of the system such as ticket dispenser machine have been connected to the central computer by a communication network and exchange information.
In Non PC-Based option the duty of the queue management operation has been done by a microcontroller system that is replaced instead of the computer, and all the components of the system have been connected to this controller and exchange the information.

These screens are installed in order to display the service status of each counter and the number called at the site. In different types of 7 Segment or dot matrix, they can be installed in the form of desktop, ceiling, wall and etc.

Protocol
Wireless Connection (WiFi)
In this protocol, the main computer is connected to the whole system via a (Wi-Fi) Access Point network interface, which has a WIFI client- server and communicates with the whole system execution and performs control and queue management functions.
The ticket issuing machines, central displays, and all keyboards have been used by wireless modems. usually, installation and setting up of the system is much easier, and in long distances, using it is much more effective.
It is notable that the network is under the standard of WIFI and TCP / IP protocol and will not have any negative impact on the wireless devices in place.
Separated Network (RS485)
This type is this system implementation that uses a dedicated cable network. This network can be implemented in Star, Bus or hybrid topologies, as needed. One of the most important benefits of this layout is the high reliability and the in effectivity or impact of the queuing system on the local or wireless network.
Local Area Network (LAN)
We can use from the existing Local Area Network in the organization for communication between the equipment of this system together.
In this layout, the user key is provided by the software to the user. A large part of the cabling of the system is eliminated, and as a result, installation and operation of the system is possible in a shorter time.
The data exchange protocol in this method is TCP / IP standard.
